We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, we guarantee to make it right.
To initiate a claim, the following steps are required:
Notification Window: You must notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of the completion of our service.
Required Evidence: To process any claim, you must provide clear, timestamped photographic or video evidence that clearly shows the specific areas or issues of concern.
2. The Claims Process
Upon receiving your notification and evidence we will:
1. Immediately review your provided evidence alongside our team's post-cleaning documentation.
2. If a deficiency is verified, we will schedule a prompt return visit to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional cost to you.
3. Policy on Refunds
Refunds are not offered for perceived issues that are not verifiable with evidence. In the event a discrepancy is verified, our primary solution is a targeted re-clean.
A partial or full refund may be considered only under the following specific conditions:
If a re-clean is not feasible or requested by the client.
If the issue reported is of such a nature that it cannot be remedied by re-cleaning (accidental damage, which must be reported and verified per our damage policy).
The decision to issue a refund in lieu of a re-clean is solely at the discretion of Clock Clean Services management.
