Clock Clean Services was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2014 with one crew, one truck, and one standard.
Today, that standard has grown into a company built around something the cleaning industry needs more of:

In 2014, Justin Carelock founded Clock Clean Services in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The early work was simple: residential cleaning and post-construction jobs. One crew. One truck.
One person carrying the standard.
But Justin saw a problem that went far beyond cleaning.
Too many contractors had experienced the same frustrations:
A vendor doesn't answer.
A crew doesn't show.
A job isn't finished when it was supposed to be.
A punch list stays open.
And suddenly, a cleaning vendor becomes a problem instead of a solution.
CCS was built to solve that problem.
The company grew from a local cleaning operation into a network serving larger construction and retail projects, with more than 300 completed retail locations, a 5.0 rating, a growing national subcontractor network, and a documented record of 100% job attendance over twelve years.
But the growth was never supposed to be about getting bigger just for the sake of getting bigger.
It was about proving that reliability could become a system.
